Host an ASP.net Website

Hi,
We have applied for adomain name & Static IP Address.
After obtaining the above what are the steps I have to follow to host my site in our own machine (with Windows Server 2003). or if you have a better tutorial-link on this topics plz forward.

Just publish the website using VisualStudio? OR need to make setup? before hosting
