I want to create a web based application(Client side) using JavaScript and a Database. What is the best DBMS which is able to use in Windows mobile?
I'm waiting for a help...

Makes no sense -- there is no best. (If it was, competing companies producing DBMS would probably go out of business :-)

Compile-time error: "Database quality comparison operator ">=" is not defined". :-)
