I want to enter x,y values in a form and order of the polynomial as inputs and I want output equation of the form y=f(x) can I get the source code for it?

If you get the source code, it woldn't be very instructive.
Why don't you

Study the related theory (as your study plan probably require)
Develop the code

It would be more rewarding.
