Can anyone suggest any tool currently that can be used to develop business application?
I have huge understanding of business and would prefer to concentrate on the business than working on the details of the technology.
I prefer to let the tool generate all the user interface, either web based or windows based and business rules. All the database and all the processing.
Preferably, the tool is easy to use, generate C# codes.

This tool is probably pretty unusual for "business application development": brain. :-)

My word, you don't want much do you?

There is such tool: it is called "a developer". You describe what you need to the tool in language you understand (and hope he does) and he generates software based on that input.

I know of a few 'tools' that think they can produce Business Applications. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone though. Most generate spaghetti codes. +5
You need to use the Liquid Nitrogen powered cListCtrl.

With the CBacon interface, naturally...
It's you. See the tool - BE the tool.

The tool you're looking for is called a "programmer" (aka "developer").

You can find a lot of them on monster.com.

Probably a bit too technical for OP.

C'mon Dave, does this question really deserve a non-sarcastic response.... :) Cheers.

I was about to suggest the same. Not quite sure that it will do all that the OP wants, nor that it is yet solid enough for production but it is the nearest that I am aware of. Now that "The Last One" is defunct, that is.
