Maybe you guys can help me.

http://www.3dmark.com/hall-of-fame/3dmark-11-top-20-performance-preset/[^][^]

If you go to the website, you will notice the footer is always at the bottom, UNLESS you re-size your browser so small that a scroll bar is created.

I have a footer that is width @ 100%, and looks like the one on that website, and i would love to have a similar function.

I have tried a few things, but i just can not get it to work. I am using JQuery, so if you guys think it is easier using that, go ahead.

I bet its small, but i just do not know it.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, pretty simple and interesting. It looks like the styles for this part of the page are defined here: http://www.3dmark.com/wp-content/themes/3dmark11/orb/styles/orb.css[^].

Download this file with the source code of the page you reference and see how it works.
