Create form in asp.net

Hello,
I want to create form dynamically in code-behind. And my idea is create a tag for each of controls then save it into table but i think this way is not best way to do. please help me.

Help with what? Why it's a problem? What do you want to do with this table? If you doubt the idea is good, what's the purpose of it?
