export database from sql server to xml using asp.net

i m using asp.net 2008 and sql server 2005

i want that when i click on any button in asp.net then my all database must be export in xml form..


And Again i want to import this database from xml file to sqlserver or mysql in other system


plse suggest me...

You can select your data as XML from the DB, I believe.
