A Program problem about bluetooth

hello programmers, I've got a problem here. I want to write a program to ban bluetooth's transmission so that to guarantee the security of my files. What
should I do? It seems that only to hook the fuction "socket" is not enough,
because bluetooth use other protocols except TCP/UDP. Plss help. Is there any possible solution?
