Dicom Viewer and Dicom Image Printing

Hi,

I am doing DICOM application using Brightness,Sharpness and Invert filters. With these filters also i need to develop printing option to print the DICOM images.

1.Image Viewer with various layouts(Including Header and Footer)
2.DICOM Print option with various layouts and Header Footer

Hope some one did the DICOM application and uploaded in to the CODE PROJECT blog. Please anyone help me to resolve this.
