Finding match of words in pdf ans show the paragraph where the word is present

HI,

My Requirement is i have lots of pdf files which contains images also.There are some sensitive words are present which i need to filter and show that words with the line,line number.That need to be done in C#.I have used itextsharp dll and searchedsensitive words and in result i have shown the line numbers where that particular word is present.But i would like to know how to fetch that line/paragraph where the word is present and Highlight that words.Please Someone provide me help how to go ahead with this.If some one have some code also plz let me know so that i can understand better.Thanks in Advance.
