Default skin for Menu

I have created a skin for my menu that is generated dynamically from a DataBase but it is showing vertically. I set the orientation but I still have the same problem. Can anybody please help, Thanks in advance.

How you can expect someone to help without showing the code? If you show what you have implemented, then only one can point you what is wrong in that.
