Scheduler in windows application

hi every one!

I have been involved in a project that keeps tracking the employees equipments that are checked in and out. In this project,so far every thing is fine. Now from client I got a requirement like at the end of the day (at 12:00 midnight) I need to show all the transactions what ever it's done ..I came to know that a scheduler can do this job..I have gone through google about schedulers..but didn't get it. Can any body suggest nice link for "windows schedulers".. how to create and use it in my current project..my projrct is web based

What RDBMS you are using? Check for Database Scheduler concept also.

There is something called Job is sql server(Most of the Database provides scheduling facility)
Have a look at this you may get some idea....
