How to Unlock Windows Phone 7 Emulator

Please help to unlock windows phone 7 Emulator
I have searched for many solutions on net and downloaded many Image files (WM70C1.en-US.bin) but none of them are working.
Emulator is starting but will remain at booting stage only.

All the Time it is saying Please wait while the Windows Phone 7 boot the OS
