MS Access Problem; an access database working slowly, please help!

I got a big problem with website which is created by ASP with MS Access 2003 Database. The problem is whatever pages which do connection to access database will work slowly, it takes long time to load datas and shows page.
I cannot specify what couses of this problem. Earlier, it works well as common webpage and I just insert 15 records for each month to the table (this database has only 1 table inside). And the record of this table is now just 1300 with size 3.30 MB.
Could anyone suggest ways to check and prove this problem?

I would suggest to start with simple data compression in Access, menu Tools, but the proposed solution is comprehensive, in case the compression doesn't help.
