Yes it's possible, but you will need to do the work. Read and analyse the RTF data and add it to the required fields of your DataGridView. What is not possible is to give a more detailed answer without more detail as to your problem.

what if i have a null values in my rtf record then i transfer it to gatagridview do you think it will provide a blank space for each null values?

No, as I said in my answer above, you will need to write the code to convert the RTF data to a form that can be displayed in the grid.
