Use the class System.Net.HttpWebRequest, see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.net.httpwebrequest.aspx[^], see the code sample on this page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.net.webrequest.aspx[^].

Don't expect anyone will to send you any code, especially when you give no idea on what do you mean by "connecting to Web application", what do you want to do with the connection and why.
