Hi this is very dynamic requirement.
I have attached image link as well sample sheet link to download the file.
Sample file is in excel but, i need it for Mysql an VB.NET

My source data is in Multiple row. Which i wanted to convert to some other column.

For example,
ACC | | FullName | UID | CODE | ComName |
DtSr |code | Amount | Balance |

Most people aren't going click your mysterious links. If you have a question, please post your code directly into your question and give us more information about what you are trying to accomplish and what error messages you are encountering. Are you just trying to switch rows into columns so that the data flows horizontally instead of vertically?
