How to clear an item cache from server on browser close?

For a secure web application, we are restricting multiple users logging in
with same user id. But when the browser is closed , the user cannot
login with his ID as his session ID present in server cache.Eventhough on browser close, session expires but it will be present in server cache.

Help me to solve this issue asap.

This is quite a common question. In general, it can't be done. You are better off, if one session per user is really an important requirement (in 99% of cases it is simply an annoyance), booting any existing sessions when a user logs in somewhere else.
