Hi friends,

I am using VS 2010 and silver light 4 when i debugging my project it show the following message.
"unable to start debugging the silver light developer run time is not installed please install a matching version"

Does it mean the Silverlight 4 sdk is not installed?

But I check out in Control panel> add or remove programs there in that lists it is showing silverlight 4 that means it is installed in my PC.

So, what is the main problem.

Please go to your control Panel ->Programs and Features

Make sure all the versions are same

If U are Using Microsoft Silverlight 4 Toolkit , Microsoft Silverlight 4 SDK 4.0.50826.0

then developer runtime which you installed should have a version

Microsoft Silverlight 4 Developer Runtime 4.0.50826.0
