This is not a question. What kind of help do you need? Any particular problem? We do not develop code to the orders...

Thanks for your interest sir.

The standard ASP.NET treeview control will not give you this type of layout, nor any third-party controls that I'm aware of. You'll need to use some custom graphics to produce the results you are looking for. Perhaps Silverlight would be useful for this.

Thanks sir..
This software already exists, called System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeView, see:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.web.ui.webcontrols.treeview.aspx[^],
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/d4fz6xk2%28v=vs.80%29.aspx[^].

All you need is to map your data onto this control; user detail, etc. But first, this is trivial, secondly, you have not enlighten us about your data structure, so the rest of it is all on you.

Good luck,

I have to use Binary data structure

Good, very nice, but that tells us next to nothing. Anyway, are you able to map this "binary data structure" into the tree view the way you want? All you need to know is System.Web.UI.WebControls.TreeView methods and properties which are comprehensively explained in the MSDN articles I references.

If you have further questions, you are welcome to ask them (but please, don't post them as "solution", you can reply to this comment and/or add some text to original question using "Improve question", but in all cases please notify my by adding your comment to the present comment).
If this is enough, please formally accept the answer (green button) -- thanks.

A comment on other solution: yes, this "standard" tree view will not give you the exact layout you depicted, but the "standard" tree view layout can be logically 100% equivalent.

Agree with others(you can't do that with Treeview)

But don't worry, here check these articles for your requirement
JavaScript Horizontal Tree[^]
Organization Chart Generator[^]
Generate an Organization Chart from Employee Database[^]

Thanks a lot sir..
That is a quite bit of work. Third-party components are there:
