What are you trying to do with the buttons - you need to be clearer about the task.
Use the "Improve question" widget to edit your question and provide better information.

Thread pools are not for buttons. There is nothing you want to achieve here. When you ask a question, make sure you mention you ultimate goal; in this way, even if your main question completely lacks sense, you still get a chance to get some practical advice.

I suppose you mean that the action a button click starts shall run in a separate thread.

Use an instance of the System.Threading.Thread class[^]. AFAIK those threads origin from the .NET thread pool.
