Web based workflow designer and user requirements

Hi,

If I would have a web-based workflow designer created using WF 4, will this designer be accessible for users who don't have .Net framework installed? Just using the explorer?

Also, is it possible to customize it, that Firefox and Chrome users could use it as well?

Does an ASP.NET web application require users to download and have .NET Framework before using it? Is it only available to IE users? The answer is no. One reason to create a web application is to provide functionality to users on multiple platforms without installing additional components.
