How to use a Cryptolib for WinCE

I have read this article:
http://www.cryptopp.com/wiki/Windows_Mobile

And download the project winmobile-cryptopp.zip, using this project I got the lib.

But when I add the lib file into my wince project, I got error:
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'intrin.h': No such file or directory.

The intrin.h is not a part of Windows CE, the armintr.h is for wince, but I didn't find it in my dictionary.

Dose anybody can help me, tell me how to create a new project use for wince with Crypto++ lib.

bwt：I have Visual Studio 2005 and Windows Pocket PC 2003.
