Editing font on a Sharepoint survey

I've created a survey in MS Sharepoint 2010, but the font turned to be very small. I've managed to increase it using the designer, but whenever I do the bar which contains the "Respond to this Survey", "Actions", & "Settings" disappears.
I'd really appreciate it if I've been shown how to avoid or fix that.

You need to use CSS to control the styles, like font size for an element. You can inspect the elements that are being rendered with SPD or Firebug and create a stylesheet to override the styles applied to the elements you want.
