Camera on Android device like quickpick app

I have a web application which should work when accessed on Iphone , Ipad and Android mobile devices.

In the form we have a button which should initiate a camera, take picture and save it in a predefined location. On iphone we do it using quickpic app (http://www.cliqcliq.com/quickpic/install/[^] This app allows to take picture by camera or chose existing file on iphone.

We later save the image in the database.

For Android I do not find something similar. On android too I need to use camera and later upload and save it in the database. So does anyone give me some pointers?
