Way to pass two variables using Querystring, see the following example, name and lastname pass through querystring.
VB
"Webform2.aspx?Name=" + txtName.Text + "&LastName=" + txtLastName.Text);

now you can use same concept in gridview

Try this,

HTML
<a href="default.aspx?Field1=Feild1Value&Field2=Feild2Value">Link</a>

In Vb.net,

VB
"default.aspx?Field1=" & Feild1Value & "Field2=" & Feild2Value

Thanks..
