If you know how to use cascading style sheets in your web form then , define a css class in you css file :
.float
{
    position: absolute;
    top: 200px;
    left: 200px;
}

Then set your asp:label's CssClass to float

Hope it helps.

It's the same as my answer except that I showed you a way you have to do in large projects.
You can not set style of enormous number of labels in large projects and think what happens if you want to change all of them.
So you should define a style sheet class and use its classes in all of your pages. Then if you have to change one style you should only change one file and all of your files in your project will get changed too. Good Luck :)
