Me too. But actually, the question is "can you help me?". Not a correct one though. Why "you"? I can, not willing much. I prefer helping people who really need help and work hard enough to get it.

I know why. Because OP is not interested enough to get an answer, otherwise instead of "a simple program in VB.NET for image processing" (what, any of them?!) it would be something more sensible.
