finding cheap developers

Hi!
It's been a while since I work in IT. But I have a new project and I can't do it by myself. I need few C++ developers. (freelancers? everything is done via the net)

Where can I find C++ developers? What are the good/reliable Internet sites to submit a project? Do you know some available developers?

Humm... cheap developers will generally do cheap code except maybe if you find them in a coutry where the labor is a magnitude cheaper than here.

Just remember, you get what you pay for... buy cheap, get cheap... why not find someone that knows what they're doing and will work at a reasonable rate according to their location?
