how to stop DataGridView VScroll Bar in vb.net(please read question )vb.net

i have created a small application i.e StockMarcket price changer
and in this application i put one timer and datagridview,
and i put Timer1.Start()in pageload
and in timer i have filled DatagridView
after running this application grid contentiously Refreshing and working properly
but user want's DataGridview Scroll those timescrollbar not stop .
Note:My DataBase Value are changing continuously

so please help me.
