hi,
iam developing a html and javascript project in asp.net using c#, iam getting some alignment problems, how can i rectify the alignment problems. i want to run my project in all browsers how can i? is there any code for that can anybody tell me plz..

Unfortunately there is no code that will work 100% in all browsers. Each browser is free to implement the W3C standards as they see fit and extend them for their needs. You can mitigate problems by using a library such as JQuery for your JavaScript and using standard CSS 2, but ultimately the only way is to test with as many browsers as possible.
