Callback panel indiside detailrow of a devexpress gridview

Hi,

I have one detailrow template inside a devexpress gridview,in that detail row i have one page control which has two tabs..In one of those tabs i have few control inside a callback panel...i want to do some processing based on the value inside a call backpanel..i used find control method to find a control inside a callback panel it finds the control but din show the value which has been set rather shows the value nothing....Any help where i am missing...?
