Detect sFlow Packet in Windows

Hi,

I am new to this to network related application development. Recently I got one project in that area, need to pick sflow packets from network, but I dont have any device to experiment this..., anybody know how I can develop this using a virtual environment or is there any windows application available to install on windows...?

Please help me....
