How to copy rows and paste at the end of the Excel sheet using OpenXML

I have a requirement in my project that i need to copy few parts of my excel sheet and paste it in another part of the same sheet.

Can anyone help me in achieving this ?
For example, i need to copy rows 1 through 25 and paste them at Row number 40.
