Getting Error while opening App.Config file in VB.net windows application project

Hi Guys,

When i try to open the "App.config" file in My vb.Net 2008(Windows Application) Project, its getting error as "Value does not fall within the expected range".
Due to this issue unable to change connection string in app.config. Please help me on this Error.

delete your existence app.config file and take it new one.its may be your app.config file get damaged
