how to send mail from jsp by using hotmail,aol,lavabit accounts

I don't do jsp, but, I have recently added a wizard in my program to set up hotmail, etc, accounts. They are just normal mail accounts, you just need to get online to learn what the required settings are, then you can use them like any other mail server.
