problem with SSIS checkpoints

Hi,
I an having a problem with SSIS checkpoint propery.
I have a for each loop inside package and when i am executing a package with out failure means without using checkpoint then package is executes events

onPreExecute
onError
OnPostExecute

but when package restrted with check point it can not execute events for each iteratioon.it just executes evemts which is comtains by first element in loop.

is there any solution for this?
i want to do custom logging on this events,
