insertion issue.Images are not dispayed.

while inserting data i got the following error.Data's are inserted into the table perfectly.but i got this error.And also the image which are insert into the table are not displaying the home page.

Record Not Inserted SuccessfullyCould not find a part of the path 'D:\Hosting\7375777\html\userside\clogo\f.jpeg'

whats the issue?Can anyone help me to solve this?
