how to make package for apple and linux platform of vs2008 windows application

hi friends,
i have developed a chat .net application in VS2008.and i want to make package for apple and linux machine. but i didn't get proper solution. i have tried bitrock installer,monodevelop(platform independent SDK) to make package, but i didn't get success.
i used web services and visualbasic powerpacks (for DataRepeater) in my windows chat application. so this two are not supported in monodevelop.

please anyone help me.

There is a lot to it, but do you know that 1) there are different types of packages for different Linux distro; 2) they all have nothing to do with Apple which has its own pretty unusual packaging of application?
