Hi professionals,
Please i need a source code in PROLOG. in order to build my own chatterbot for my final year project.
how do i make it so that it can speak my local language

Thanks

Edit: Bring "answers" from OP here
1)

Pls help! I only need your help as a start up, don't forget it's my sch. Project and it'll speak my local lang. All i need is send me the sourced code in PROLOG and give me instruction on how to go about it. You know that i'll pass through alot of stress especially when debugging

2)

Pls, don't see me as unserious person. I didn't say u should explain anything i mean u give me tips on how to incorporate PROLOG+Database +voice software.
I've got alot on my hand. It may interest you to know that in a couple of weeks time i'll defend my seminar on it but i can't start any coding until after my 1st semester exam Which comes up in May.
I only want to save myself of the stress of longer learning time...
Concerning the VAT i hope it'll be afordable because currently i don't have much, i equally don't have any master card. Pls help

Please, don't write answers if you are just wanting to make comments, give further information or similars. You have the "improve question" for that.

On the other hand... I don't think you are going to get it done here.
If you already have tried things and have code, then post it with some diagnose or the errors you are getting. People will then help you.

I've edited the question to remove the Cpp tag, as far as I can tell the question has no Cpp content at all.

Can you post your VAT code so that we can invoice you?

VAT = Value Added Taxes.

If you ask to "professionals" to do something entirely for you... they need to be payed.
Just try this project buddy. I hope this is what you need.
