Hi all,
I am intermediate in sharepoint try to explore it.
anybody know where Can I find SharePoint project or
project documents.

It thought intermediate means the one who already developed some projects, but usually not too many of them, not very advanced... :-)

Did you go and read any of the articles? They all include explanation of the projects.
Please see my ironic comment to the question.

I really cannot understand all that "finding" of projects. What's the use? You can only learn development of project by learning the technology and actually development projects.

Best way would be to start with Virtual Labs provided by microsoft
If you are confused which link to select, then try this

These environments provide you with the preinstalled setup, along with necessary tutorials(documents), with nice easy to follow start-up guids. only drawback is you have time limitation of 1:30 hrs to 2 hrs, and once you loose the session you loose all your development work(which is obvious, as Microsoft provides this only for learning purpose)

And for samples you may follow this!
