Need an API that grabs Facebook friends' contact details and friend's friend

Hi All,

I am currently working on a project for my client in which I will be allowing Social Media Integration such as Facebook, Linked-in, Twitter etc. To attract more users I need an API in C# that can allows me to grab contact details of the members who login and are ready to share this information and also their friends' friend upto two levels only. This will be of course by their willingness to share.

So kindly help me with the API that helps me do that.
