Merge external image with webcam image using .net

hi friends,
i am doing a project with webcam using aforge.net. My problem is i cannot able to merge external image with webcam image.for example external image is neckless(jewel)and webcam image contain human body.i need to merge neckless with humanneck without loss of resolution.please help me to complete this project because i am new with image processing.and please tell me which algorithm is suitable.

Do you mean a simple overlay of the jewel on webcam image?

thanks for reply.
no,jewel is fixed with neck on the human body. on sight we could not find difference between two images.ok what is the method to simple overlay on webcam image
