problem with arabic while read it from access database in php and ajax

Hi everyone .
i have an access database with English and Arabic letter when i read data from db in php and ajax with English words it is OK but Arabic words are change to ???? question mark i don't know how to encode or solve it .
any help will be appreciated.

What charset are you using on php page? It should be utf-8.
