Increase session Id Length

Hi,

I want to increase a session Id (ASP.NET_SessionId) length from default 24 characters to 32 characters. So i am going to use session state mode Sql server. All of them saying InstallSqlState.sql this file located in this path
SystemDrive\Windows\ Microsoft.NET\framework\version\. But I am using framework 3.5
So i could not find this InstallSqlState.sql file for framework 3.5. Please help me
what are the steps to configure sql server mode and give me InstallSqlState.sql file for framework 3.5.
