If you want to work with JSON in .NET, I would recommend using JSON.NET since it is the fastest way of converting to and from JSON. Here is a link to the help file with how to read and write JSON (you would want to write JSON):

What do you mean by MVC? The solution I gave will work with C#, which is the code behind for ASP.NET MVC. If you are using MVC with a different language, it would obviously be different but you need to let me know which language you are using.
