UI is breaking on changing the size of text and other items to Medium on windows 7

we developed a windows based application using VS 2008, C# on windows xp. If i run this application on win xp all forms are opened correctly with correct controls position. When i run the same application on Windows 7 with medium(125%) display settings, controls become overlapped to each other and UI gets screwed. Can anybody help me in resolving this issue?
