can't used to automation for ms Office so....how read to word, powerpoint

If you don't want to use automation and you want your code to be native, then you should check if someone (third party) does a native library for that.

On the other hand, if you can do it in managed code (either C++/CLI or C#), you can use OpenXML 2.0 SDK (it is low level but for reading purpose it matters a bit less) or uses some third-party librairies (might be much easier to use but more expensive)

You cannot read these files without using the Microsoft automation features (as I have explained in one of your other questions), or the OpenOffice SDK which can help to interpret them. In either case it means quite a lot of hard work, there is no easy way round this.
