My seagate hard disk control board is damaged and I want to data from hard disk and I know hard disk controller is one of the most important part of hard disk so what can I do now...?

Unless you have specialist equipment (for example, a scope, SMT rework station, and powerful magnification) ideally combined with the circuit diagrams and good electronics experience, you probably can't do anthing useful to fix the PCB hardware.

You might be able to recover you data yourself by finding a PCB from an identical model of HDD and using that, but event then it's a bit hit and miss if it will work - I don't know if Seagate use any select on test components, or store stepper motor / alignment info on the controller.

In the long run, it may be cheaper, quicker and more effective to do one of two things:

1) Get a professional firm to recover it for you.
2) Generate the data from scratch, combined with any backups you may have.

And whatever you do do, remember in future: the most important backup is the one you didn't take - because that is the one you really, really, need! Establish a backup routine, and stick to it, with regular checks to ensurfe that it is working.
