convert webservice to console application

There is no direct or easy way to 'convert' a webservice into a console application.

You can try:
1. Create a new console application
2. Copy necessary files from webservice to colsole app class
3. Remove extra ttributes like [Webmethod]
4. Compile and resolve any error found.
